WHY STONEFALL
Structured, impartial, and appropriately sized.
Most procurement advisory either undershoots — a quick conversation with no written output — or overshoots — a large engagement that takes months and produces more than is needed. Stonefall sits in between.

What you get when you work with us
These are practical characteristics of how we work — not aspirations or marketing claims.
A defined scope before any work starts
We do not begin without agreeing in writing what the engagement covers, what it will produce, and when it will be complete. There is no ambiguity about what you are paying for.
Written outputs as the primary deliverable
Everything we produce is written and structured for use. Not a presentation deck, not a verbal debrief — a document you can file, share internally, and return to months later.
No commercial conflicts
We have no referral arrangements, vendor commissions, or implementation partnerships. Our analysis cannot be coloured by a financial interest in where it lands — because none exists.
Fixed, transparent pricing in SGD
Each service has a published price with no hidden extras. S$540 for a spend review, S$170 for a consolidation workshop, S$950 per month for the sounding-board. You know the cost before you commit.
Direct access to the people doing the work
There are no account managers or intermediaries between you and the analysis. When you have a question, the person who answers it is the same person examining your spend data.
Singapore-specific knowledge
Our work is grounded in how procurement functions within Singapore's business environment. We understand the local supplier landscape, typical contract structures, and the stakeholder dynamics common in Singapore-headquartered organisations.
02 · IN DEPTH
A closer look at each advantage
Procurement expertise, not general business consulting
Our work is narrowly focused on procurement: how external spend is structured, where suppliers are fragmented, how consolidation decisions should be approached, and how procurement leads can think through internal stakeholder situations. We do not offer strategy, HR, or financial advice — and we do not pretend to.
- Category-level spend analysis experience across multiple sectors
- Familiarity with Singapore's regional supplier landscape
- Structured frameworks for consolidation assessment
Process that produces something usable
Each service follows a structured process designed to reach a clear written output within a defined period. The Spend Visibility Review follows a three-week categorisation process. The Consolidation Workshop follows a facilitated one-day format with a written output the following week. The Sounding-Board follows a monthly rhythm with notes after each session.
- Clear timelines agreed before work begins
- No scope creep or open-ended engagement structures
- Written deliverable closes each engagement formally
Straightforward to work with
We keep engagements simple on your side. Data sharing requirements are minimal and clearly described in advance. Scheduling is handled efficiently. Questions get direct answers. We do not require your team to invest significant administrative effort in managing the relationship with us.
- Minimal pre-work required from your team
- Direct communication with the practitioner
- Questions answered within one working day
Priced for the actual scope of the work
Procurement advisory from larger practices often comes with overhead built into the fee — account management, sales teams, brand positioning. We operate without that overhead, which means our pricing reflects the actual work involved. The Spend Visibility Review at S$540 and the Consolidation Workshop at S$170 are accessible entry points that do not require internal sign-off processes disproportionate to the investment.
- Published prices with no variation based on organisation size
- All-inclusive — no add-ons charged after the fact
- Monthly sounding-board cancellable with one month's notice
Outputs that inform decisions
The written documents we produce are designed to be used in internal decision-making — shared with finance, presented to leadership, or filed as the basis for a future procurement review. We write for the audience that will eventually read the document, not just for the person who commissioned it.
- Written for a broader internal audience, not just procurement leads
- Structured to support presentations to leadership
- Factual and measured in tone — credible in internal settings

04 · WHAT SETS US APART
Features that are not standard elsewhere
Confidentiality as a default, not a clause
We do not reference client work in case studies, marketing materials, or any external communications. The default is that your organisation's name and situation remain entirely private — not just legally protected, but operationally invisible to the outside world.
Services that can be used once
We do not require a retainer or ongoing relationship to begin working with us. The Spend Visibility Review and the Consolidation Workshop are each a single, complete engagement. There is no expectation that one service leads to another.
Analysis that does not recommend our own follow-on services
The outputs of our spend review or workshop may suggest that further analysis would be useful — but we do not shape our findings to create that conclusion. If the data does not support additional work, we say so.
Sounding-board without long-term commitment
The monthly sounding-board arrangement requires only one month's notice to discontinue. There are no minimum terms, no penalty periods, and no escalating fees tied to continued use.
