02 · WHY STONEFALL

What makes working with us different

We are a small practice. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation.

Written outputs, not slide decks

Every engagement closes with a written document you can reference, share internally, or file away. We do not produce presentations that go unread.

No implementation dependency

Our work is advisory. We have no interest in creating follow-on consulting streams or recommending systems we earn commission on. Your team decides what to do with what we surface.

Quiet and discreet by default

Procurement conversations often touch on sensitive internal dynamics. We treat everything shared with us as confidential and do not reference client work in any marketing materials.

Tight, defined scope

Each service has a fixed scope and a clear output. There is no ambiguity about what you are paying for or what you will receive at the end.

Singapore market knowledge

We work exclusively with organisations operating in Singapore and understand the local supplier landscape, regional procurement dynamics, and typical stakeholder structures in this market.

Direct access, no account managers

You communicate directly with the person doing the work. There are no account managers sitting between you and the analysis. Questions get answered quickly and without interpretation layers.

READY TO START

Is your external spend working as hard as it should?

A brief conversation helps us understand whether one of our services is a practical fit. No obligation — just a direct exchange of relevant questions.

03 · COMMON QUESTIONS

Things people usually ask first

What kind of organisations do you typically work with?
We work with mid-sized private organisations based in Singapore — typically those with a dedicated procurement function or a small operations team managing external spend. Our services are not suited to very early-stage businesses that have not yet built meaningful supplier relationships.
How does the Spend Visibility Review actually work?
We ask you to share twelve months of supplier payment data — typically an export from your accounts payable or finance system. We categorise spend, identify concentrations and fragmentation patterns, and return a short written document within three weeks. We do not retain the underlying data after the engagement closes.
What preparation is needed for the Consolidation Workshop?
Minimal preparation on your side. We send a short briefing note two weeks before the session covering what to think about ahead of time. The day itself is structured around facilitated discussion — your team does not need to produce any pre-work documents.
How does the Sounding-Board arrangement work month to month?
We invoice monthly and you can discontinue with one month's notice. The two scheduled calls are typically 45–60 minutes each. Between calls, you can share documents or notes for us to review. We send written notes within two working days of each conversation.
Do you recommend specific suppliers or procurement platforms?
No. We do not have commercial relationships with any suppliers or platform vendors, so our analysis is not directed toward any particular recommendation. We surface what the data suggests and leave implementation decisions with your team.
What does the pricing cover?
The Spend Visibility Review is S$540 and covers the full three-week analysis and written output. The Consolidation Workshop is S$170 and covers facilitation and the written summary for up to ten participants. The Sounding-Board is S$950 per month, covering both scheduled calls and written notes. There are no add-on fees.
